Why Angstrom size minerals are
more effective and beneficial than larger size minerals

The Importance of Minerals to Our Health

Bob McCauley

Minerals are amongst the most important elements needed by body. They are directly and indirectly involved in every bodily process. Along with amino acids (protein), minerals are the basic building blocks of every cell in the body. Most of the physiological processes of the human body cannot occur without the presence of minerals. RNA/DNA, which are the blueprints to each cell, do not function properly without certain minerals. Amino acids cannot be created then formed into proteins nor can be absorbed and used by the body. The same is true for vitamins. While you may consuming adequate amounts of vitamins, their effectiveness is diminished without the presence of the specific minerals required. Enzymes will not form nor function properly without the minerals they require to do so. Minerals are required for the correct composition and ratio of body fluids, the formation of both our blood and our bones and the creation and maintenance of healthy nerve function. It is directly involved in the regulation of muscle tone, including those of the cardiovascular system.

All minerals are essential, meaning the body is not capable of manufacturing them. Therefore, they must be included in our diet. The body is capable of manufacturing certain vitamins and amino acids. Those the body cannot manufacture are known as essential. The vitamin B-Complex can be manufactured by the body, however, vitamin A cannot be manufactured therefore it must be consumed either from a food source. Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid that can be found in almonds, avocados and bananas, as well as animal sources. Asparagine is non-essential because it can be manufactured or synthesized by the body.

Each mineral has a different number of proton and electrons and therefore has a different frequency or vibration. The frequency of a mineral determines how it will interact with the body and how the body will use it. Minerals are conductors or carriers of electricity and magnetism, both critical to our health. Electrolytes are our most important electrical conductors

What kind of Minerals

The size of the minerals consumed is important because it is difficult for the body to assimilate large inorganic minerals. Inorganic means that it is not ionic or that it does not have a charge because of a lack of electrons. Minerals that are too large in size also cannot be absorbed and utilized by cells in the body. Colloidal minerals, which became prevalent in the 1980's were used with mixed results because they are too large for the cell to easily assimilate them. Angstrom minerals are between 90 – 98% absorbable because of their incredibly small size as the chart below demonstrates.

Angstrom Mineral Comparison

Competing Minerals

Copper (Cu), Zinc (Zn), Magnesium (Mg), and Cobalt (Co) compete with iron. Angstrom minerals do not compete with each other nearly as much as minerals consumed in other forms. Once again, this is because of the atomic size of the minerals that are being consumed.

Detoxification Effects of Angstrom Minerals

Angstrom minerals are extremely effective at detoxifying the body because of their atomic size. As the atomic-size minerals easily enter the cell they push out substances that do not belong in the cell. This also helps cleanse the surrounding tissue. Diarrhea is one of the common detoxification symptoms that one can experience when first taking angstrom minerals.

The Necessity of Testing

The only way to be certain what minerals you may be lacking is to be tested for them. A Mineral/Vitamin/Amino Acid (MVA) test kit provides you with a complete profile of which minerals you have adequate amounts of and which you do not.

Mineral Depletion in our Soil

Minerals found in our soil have been significantly depleted over the last 50 years. Because of this, minerals have increasingly become more difficult for us to obtain. Therefore, the issue of supplementation has become more important.
